The
musical arrangements in the Baby-Go-To-Sleep heartbeat lullabies
have been specifically created to be nurturing. Real independently
recorded human heartbeats have been integrated into the music
and used as the underlying drum rhythm.
Simplicity, repetition, symmetry, consistent tempo, harmony
and the compassionate warmth of the human voice - the basic
principles of relaxation - are incorporated into each recording
to make our heartbeat musical therapy recordings a simple
proactive tool to stop babies crying and help them get into
regular healthy sleep patterns.

A
music therapy recording is a recording of a musical presentation
performed by a music therapist or created by a music therapy
producer. The performance can be recorded live on location,
or captured, perfected and embellished in a recording studio.
When studies find one of these recordings is proven to have
consistent, replicable, and predictable positive results
(when played to a generic population of patients with similar
needs), it can be considered a music therapy recording.
American research to date shows that Baby-Go-To-Sleep recordings
effectively and consistently calm babies and young children.
